多基点顶板离层指示仪设计

Design and application of Multi Point Roof Separation Indicator

摘要: 针对顶板下沉的问题,提出了将顶板离层的小位移量转化为位移传感器的大位移量,推导出顶板离层与信号量的关系,利用该关系设计了一种多基点顶板离层指示仪。该仪器在中煤集团马营塔矿进行了实践研究,通过对所得数据进行处理分析,准确地得出了9103回风巷顶板离层情况,该离层指示仪可以测量的最小顶板岩层离层量为0.19 mm,为顶板分类、顶板支护方案的优化等提供了技术支持。

Abstract: The coal mine roadway roof separation is a separate internal structure of rock, monitoring of roof subsidence is an important content of mine pressure monitoring. Aiming at the problem of roof subsidence, it is proposed that the separation distance convert into the big displacement sensor. To derive the relationship between the displacement and the semaphore ,and design the multi point roof separation indicator. It was applied to Maying Mine of Zhongmei Coal Group.With the analysis on the data obtained,the roof separation conditions of the roof in the air retuning gateway of No.9103 coal mining were in detail accurately mastered. The minimum roof separation can be measured is 0.19mm. It could provide important technical support to the roof classification and the optimization plan of the gateway support.
